Creative Knitwear Inc. - Company Policy Regarding Selling On Third Party Websites
Notice to all Creative Knitwear wholesale accounts/Retailers:
Creative Knitwear Inc. is no longer authorizing retailers to sell Creative Knitwear licensed products on third party websites and platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc. At this time, if a retailer currently sells or plans on selling Creative Knitwear products on the internet, it can only be sold on their own domain website.
These third party distribution rights have ended for Creative Knitwear retailers as of December 31, 2016. Our partners will only allow the brand itself to sell through third party selling platforms as a form of controlling the representation and integrity of our brand and the representation of the institutions we have licensing agreements with.
We ask that our retailers to please comply with our request, if we observe there is no compliance, Creative Knitwear will no longer sell product to your account and your account will be put on the "do not sell list".
Creative Knitwear will closely monitor 3rd party seller websites going forward to make sure no new products and recent reorders are appearing on such sites.
