What is your minimum order?

All initial orders and reorders are only $100. You may assort your selections as long as you order the required 3 pieces per style, size, color and school for apparel and 6 pieces per style, size, color and school for accessories.
 
What is the minimum quantity required per style to place an order?

The minimum quantities for our apparel items are sold in increments of 3 pieces per size and color for each school. The accessory items, such as socks, knit caps, chin strap beanies, baseball caps, booties, blankets, bibs, burp pads, mittens, eyelet panties, and bloomers are sold in 6 pieces per size and color for each school.
 
How will I know that I am ordering the correct quantity amounts as I select the styles and sizes for my order?

Functions have been created on our easy online ordering system that will inform you if you have entered an incorrect quantity amount in the “Quantity to Order” field. How long will it take to process my order?

Your order will be processed within 3 business days after payment verification if received before 12 noon EST.
 
What should I do if I am unable to complete the checkout process?

 How can I check my order status?

Sign in under your account and check the status of your order anytime by entering your order number from your Order Confirmation email at the Order Status page. You will receive a shipping notification email that includes tracking information.

How do I know ordering on your site is secure?

We have protection standards in place to guard your security and privacy. When you register to become an account, the information collected is used to answer your needs and contact you if necessary. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete information on our security measures.  It is important to realize that no online data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
 
I forgot my username or password, how do I retrieve it?

Simply click on My Account at the top of the page and click on “forgot your password.” You will be prompted to enter your email address and answer a security question you have previously selected to verify your account.

I do not see the college or university I am looking for under “Shop By School.” Will you have my school on your website anytime soon?

We are licensed with over 260 colleges or universities nationwide and are probably in the process of adding the college or university you are interested in to our website. Please email us at support@creativeknitwear.com and let us know which school you are interested in and the particular logo you prefer. We will expedite the process to get your product ready for your customers.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card is charged only when your order ships and you are charged only for the items that have been shipped and the shipping charges. Your credit card will be preauthorized before the order is processed.  If an item is backordered you will be notified and only charged when that backordered item is ready to be shipped. A customer service representative will contact you to confirm with proceeding with shipping your backordered item and charging your card.

Returns


I received an incorrect order or a defective item.  What procedure should I follow?

Please contact Customer Support at 706.657.2885 or email us at support@creativeknitwear.com.  If an incorrect order is received, please call within 72 hours of receipt of the order and corrective action will be taken. If a defective item is received, it must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the order. A call tag will be issued and our Quality Control Department will inspect the items. We will send you the necessary replacement items in a timely manner.
